So tax reductions do generate more then? Funny that...
Imagine if this came to reality? If it was open to people moving to Wales I would be selling up tomorrow.

Thing is I work remotely so I would move right away for a cut in my tax. I would spend money in Wales pay some tax in Wales, use public facilities in Wales etc.

I think you would get an influence but when tax rose many would leave

The references to protecting the welsh language are interesting. It sounds like they want to stop welsh people LEAVING rather than attracting non-welsh people.

Lucky for me then as I was born in St Asaph in 78 so fully paid up Taff
