Braverman tells Conservative MPs not to force her to defect to reform. Is she just looking for an excuse?

Whether you agree with Farage or not, he is very good at out manoeuvring opponents. I would imagine even if she has said she is ready to defect, he'd tell her to wait until it gets bigger and longer lasting headlines. Maybe just before a by election or even wait until the next GE.
She is more useful being in the Tories now and potentially updating Farage on plans, moves.
Plus Braverman does seem one of the few MPs that feels unease at using a seat given to her on a Tory manifesto, to then walk across the HoC and give that seat to another party.

i think the unease arises from knowing that, if she moves to Reform, there's a good chance she'll lose her seat at the next election. And the US Grifting Tour is getting busier and busier. She's a career Politician. With the best will in the world, Reform is a pressure group, and will not provide anyone other than Farage, with any "Premier League" opportunities.
Tactically, she's better off staying with the Conservatives until a suitable opportunity arrises. That's exactly what she is doing.

I reckon she should move to Rwanda, her time of being anyone of note in the UK has gone.
She has just been re-elected as an MP, she now knows she has that backing, it will be interesting to see which way she decides to move forward.shed driver said:

I think she'd simultaneously raise the profile of both parties if she did. Braverman tells Conservative MPs not to force her to defect to reform. Is she just looking for an excuse?

He won't want anyone coming in who might get more attention than himShe is more useful being in the Tories now and potentially updating Farage on plans, moves.
