M5 is at a standstill both ways between J23 and J24 due to a threatened jumper on a bridge. Second time this week (possibly same person).

Avoid if you can, it's likely to be all afternoon..!

How many police cars have miraculously become available and are on the scene for this one, they had 15 recently when someone tried to jump off Blackpool pier that I saw on a recent youtube video.

Being reported that extended delays getting the motorway re-opened are due to people getting out of their cars and going for a stroll on the closed carriageways.

I blame the incoming Labour government.

No idea why people say this ^

They will most likely have been pulled from other incidents that were already at, seeing as there is a definite risk to life it will be classed as the highest threat/risk, plus there's a full motorway of traffic to control. The incidents they were already at will now have to wait, and when finally attended will add to the back log of other incidents they would have otherwise tried to have attended.
