Notice the huge crowd at the unveiling!

They left tyre skid marks on a road.

Prosecutors are also demanding $15000 to repair the painting!!!

I think that the OP is trying to draw attention to the different approach of the police to kids riding over something painted on a road and Hamas supporters vandalising statues and calling for the death of jews and America.

Also pointing out it is a road, so how can it be illegal to leave tyre marks on it?

The news report talked about the crowds, but I can not see massive crowds in the video they showed.

People should pay attention, while it's better to burn out, you're meant to move into the black first.

As always, short video clips never contain the context. A longer video shows that the kids were riding in exactly the same way all over the road, not just on the banner i.e. they weren't simply "targetting the banner as part of a hate crime" but were instead just being kids riding scooters on the road.

Sadly it's been picked up as a hate crime so these kids will never, ever get free of the accusation, even if/when they're eventually Not Guilty.

Almost like the reporting of the incident was deliberatly written to make people angry.

Ahh, so it's not the application of the law which might be a bit skewiff but the reporting of it. Cool.

Soon to be found in their pants as well with that sentence.
