30yo woman 'crushed' by Sir Ian Mckellen seeks compo
Discussion
"Getting crushed by Gandalf the Grey, that's something you don't expect," said Johanna, who was taken to hospital with soft tissue injuries after the actor's fall.
Sir Ian's heavy fall didn't manage to dislodge the lady's phone from her hand I note. Rather than sending pics to her facebook she'll be documenting her medical treatment for any future potential litigation I'm sure.

The way I read it, her issue was that the theatre staff didn't really seem to be that concerned initially with whether she needed medical attention. Of course, there's always 2 sides to every story.
But I don't think there's any mention in the article of her seeking compo?
No but she hit her knee and had pain in her neck, shoulders and upper back!!! But I don't think there's any mention in the article of her seeking compo?
Someone fell off stage and staff didn't attend to her injured knee, how old is she four?

There isn't, no, OP's thread title is deliberately misleading/false and seemingly is just a product of their own biases. But I don't think there's any mention in the article of her seeking compo?
Fundamentally, she was involved in what was effectively a workplace accident while on their property, and as described they didn't do a great job of making sure she was ok.
Though I imagine everyone was having a bit of a panic in the immediate aftermath, and if you've got an old man who's hit his head after a decent fall, and a seemingly healthy younger woman, I can't particularly fault them for prioritising the old man.

It doesn't say she is suing them but having someone's head land on your knee would hurt even if it is less painful than for the person who fell.
Quite. Not sure how a leg/knee injury results in being collar and boarded in an A&E corridor after making her way there in a taxi.
Did she approach the media or did the media approach her.
If (as I suspect) the latter, she's just amswered a few conversational questions (or even had quotes fed to her) and the paper have made up a story about it.
It's entirely possible she spoke for 30 minutes about concern for the Elderly Actor and that wasn't reported.

If Sir Ian Mckellen fell off the stage and onto me I'd see it as a fantastic life story to tell others, I certainly wouldn't be going to the press about it. After all, falling off the stage means there's a high chance he would fall on someone, it just happened to be her.
If the press did get to me I'd simply be saying how I wish Sir Ian Mckellen well and hope he is ok. The icing on the cake would then be an invite from Gandalf himself for a pint with him at his London pub. Result!!
