BBC: Suspended driver attends court via video link.....whilst driving

The look on the bloke's face at the end of the video .....

I think his lawyer sensed she was on a bit of a sticky wicket there.

I'll take a guess at the driver being a living brain donor.

by taxi hopefully, although you can't help but imagine he'd turn up at the jail and be asking where he should park.

I'd want to know why he was going to the Doctors before I was so quick to judge him.

He was clearly breaking the law. But I can think of many situations where morally he would be in the right whilst legally in the wrong.

I'm sure if any of us got a call saying one of our kids was about to move on - and we had minutes to get there to kiss them and hold their hand, we would ignore our totting up ban. Similarly if we got the call saying they had a match for the organ donation; and we needed to be there yesterday to live and have a life - we might think the ends justified the means.

I doubt that was the case. But people still win the lottery so anything is possible.

No.

Living everything-except-the-brain donor. He's clearly braindead.

And in this particlay case, if that answer is in any way true even to the slightest degree, in the style of Les Dennis..... I'll give you the winning lottery ticket myself!

In any of those cases you'd be in a rush, probably miss the call, and if you did answer you'd say it was an emergency.

I wonder if Milkround is looking for the job of being Trump's next lawyer?

Well his last lawyer was a fool and conman who stole from him. He's served loads of prison time. And to add insult to injury is now trying to drag his boss down because he is jealous of his good looks and success. So anyone would be better than that person. I cannot believe that they have built a criminal case around the word of such a man. And I don't believe for a second and reasonable and sane juror could convict him off the back of such testimony. Don's only crime was being too kind and too trusting and wanting to see the best in people.

On one hand we have the word of an utlra successful, ultra good looking - former leader of the free world. And soon to be leader again of the free world. Vs a grotty little criminal who you wouldn't leave your decent pen around. The trial is probably being influenced by foreign powers who want to stop Don from making America great again.
