Two Men jailed for Intl. Cryptocurrency Fraud

Both men are fairly local to me, they stole more than £5.7m worth of crypto, is it me or do the sentences handed down appear very leniant?

They can say they spent the rest after what has been confiscated/returned, be released then have a nice pot of money stashed away
