Agree, shocking behaviour but I can't see a custodial sentence as the right sanction.

I'd like to see him heavily fined receive a lifetime driving ban with the option to have it reduced to 5 years subject to completion of anger management treatment and sign-off by an appropriately qualified psychologist that he no longer poses a threat to fellow motorists.

This is why I don't blow my horn at people who cut me up. You never know what kind of psychopath they might be. I just give them room and forget about it.

fk me, he's had some bad legal advice.

Can't imagine his 'justifications' went down well with the judge.

Idiot confirms idiot status by doing more idiot things.

Great to see this type of behaviour held to account. What a small little man. I’d prefer 500hours community service picking litter though.

Would have been much easier to mutter "cock socket" under your breath and get on with your day.

He doesn't strike me as the sort of guy who likes to listen to people who might actually know better than him.....

Byker is always calm and courteous to those who attack him personally and requests that we stick to debating the issues, rather than having a go at each other.

She says she didn't think he was going to harm her, so loathsome individual he may be but surely there are better candidates for scarce and expensive prison space.

Surely there has to be a difference between abuse and credible threats of harm? The latter justifies custody for protection of the victim.

Read the link.

She raged him first when he pulled out in front of her and repeatedly flashed and honked horn at him.

He has reacted and far from terrified she filmed him while laughing at him from the safety of her locked vehicle.

What’s happened here is she’s seen red because he got in front and ended up setting him up as he’s reacted badly.

He’s an idiot for reacting but she’s a sociopath for lying in court to get revenge all because he got in front of her.

That's his version of events, which the judge did not believe.

If she was laughing it would have been picked up on the video.
