Yes, sad to hear this morning. Selfless people trying to help innocent civilians. Total breakdown of communication as WCK said it had coordinated with the IDF, but clearly it was still hit. I guess the usual platitudes will be used like "tragic accident", "thoughts and prayers", and "lessons learned".

Who ever runs that organisation needs to look at their SOPs for vehicle movements because from what I have seen the vehicles were either totally unmarked or had markings that didnt mean anything or were so small you cant see them easily.
