Regardless of your thoughts on the Royals this will be hard on the family. I wouldn’t want to be William with both his dad and his wife having cancer. I wish them all the best and speedy recoveries.

Same. Wouldn’t wish it on anyone regardless of your royalist slant.

Caught early apparently so hopefully will recover.

Very sad news for her and her family. For younger people it is a much more devastating event than for someone of say 75, especially for a mother with young kids. Hopefully she will recover and resume her life.

People are utterly vile for the media treatment and speculation she's received in the last few weeks. I feel very sorry for her. She deserves better.

Agreed.

Many of the PH membership have been similarly received of this dreadful disease, including your correspondent, who may have less publicity than the Royal family, nonetheless, it can be devastating for the friends and family survivors, and we all must face our ultimatum at some stage.

Best of luck to her, she is young hopefully got a good chance and sounds like the chemo is just in case but you never know I guess.

Who ever accessed her records should go to jail IMO, bang out of order.

She’s having chemo, that’s pretty serious.

Poor girl.

No chance of that and we all know it; the tinfoilists will be working up a froth over where the clipart garden bench is from and marvelling at how the AI has made her look authentically ill.

Exactly that; Parent, and Spouse., and the Big C

I wouldn't wish such a scenario on anyone.

Utterly-Eff cancer in all it's forms and presentations.

Gods. I hope she recovers.
Can only imagine what William is going through: wife and father simultaneously. Heavy duty st.

What a horrible situation for all involved.

fking awful she's effectively been forced into revealing this (yes, I know that reality is she'd have had to at some point, but still).

When William is King, it really is going to be interesting to see how the Palace views the Press...
