In what way was it "light-hearted"?

It's forbidden in a place which takes itself very seriously and has massive power to enforce its will. The guy was a pillock & this might be a very educational experience for him.

I dont know if the layout of every courtroom is the same but the one experience I do have is in the Old Bailey where the jury were right opposite the viewing gallery. I can imagine that the rules on taking photos are treated very seriously.

During a trial for violent disorder, where someone died and 2 people have already gone down for manslaughter.

Matey boy had previous for witness intimidation.

Should have been 12 months.

Gaol is a term used by pedants and as we all know on PH, pedantry matters.

I've contracted for the MoJ in the past on only the most nasally inclined call it gaol.
