SUV appears to mean any car over 1600kg - surely that captures an awful lot of modern cars?

I did a search but did not see anything.
1600kg? So the mildly popular Jaguar F-Type SUV. I see.
This st will come to the UK.
And soon it will be any ICE car on a tapered rate.
Then any larger EV.
And we can watch the continual spread of vape and bubble tea shops, and a reduction in any actually interesting/useful shops on the high street as people don't bother to visit towns. I certainly only visit Kingston once or twice a year and it's my nearest main town, much preferring to shop in a retail park or online. Ah well.
