Unusual border to pick for terror. Is there much tension around the US/Canadian borders? It's Mexico which seems to always be in the press.

Turns out it was just a traffic accident and not as they all claimed, a car full of explosives.

A warning was put out only 2 days ago about a possible attack in the New York state area so must be some intelligence which is suggesting a high possibility of that. When they've seen an explosion at a border crossing they probably made some assumptions and shut everything whilst they investigated.
