Seeing how Rwanda was Braverman's baby and had not disclosed her links to Rwanda.

If sensible is the new watchword of the Government, Cleverly will make some mealy mouthed about how the Government will respect the courts decision, will review the situation and continue to protect the nations borders.

The real question is whether Cleverly will carry on the absurd policy of feet dragging aslyum application processing, or properly fund it so the backlog of cases can be cleared, and those claims that have no merit can be deported ASAP. Maybe they've realised filling towns up with asylum seekers isn't quite having the effect they thought it would on polling?

His beard is darker than his hair because of the constant immersion of his chin in the gravy train,,,

Our foreign secretary has six pages already. The Home Sec will be happy for his counterpart to be taking the limelight.

It'd be a clever way to jump ship without looking like you're abandoning the ship....

In fairness, it was an accurate description of the pace.

Using foul language is against the rules of the house, but he's caused himself bigger problems by lying when he claimed he never swore.

It reminds me of the saying - Don't say (or write) anything you wouldn't want on the front page of the news.

As the WhatsApp messages have shown, the government tdo not sign up to this.

Did he forget about the microphones?

The next advice is just own up asap, as making the media drag an apology out of you looks X10 worse.

Isn't he still lying as he's claiming he said the MP was st and not the place was a sthole as was picked up by the mics?

No doubt the Raynor tory scum stoning is too good for her squad will be here to defend him shortly.rofl
