Wish me luck hehe

The eye of the storm is tracking about 50 miles east of us, but expecting heavy rain etc. Flooding seems to be the thing most are afraid of after a long hot summer and dry land etc..

Looks like it will die off a little before hitting us, but we are under a historic (first ever) tropical storm warning.

A pale version of the Daily Mash. But hopefully people who are impacted by this storm emerge ok. Fingers crossed,

There are plenty. One went past Maui two weeks ago and dragged all the fire towards the sea.

I think they usually do more damage in Central America region. Not seen one head towards LA before….

Naming a hurricane after one of the greatest Democrat politicians of all time is nothing less than a disgrace
Clearly it's a politically motivated attempt to attack Hilary Clinton
Shocking

Given how rare this event is, maybe if she'd blown more often Bill wouldn't have strayed. biggrin

1939? Then approx another 80 years further back to 1858.

I wasn't around at either time, there or anywhere sonar

From what I saw on the news this morning it looked very bad compounded by a 5.2 earthquake to boot.

There is a live feed on bbc.
Apparently in Palm Springs they broke the hourly rain fall record.
I expect there will be some flooding still to come too in some places.

Is the correct response, seeing as how they have a list of alphabetical names to work through, they wouldn't have just picked it.

Fox News trying to claim it's Bidens fault biggrin
“They let it right into the country because it’s Joe Biden’s America.”
