JSO have succeeded in opening people's eyes to the fact they're simply an end of the world cult. The next step in their journey is of course to lock themselves in a room and blow the place up. But the lack of a religious endgame sadly means they won't go that far. I jest of course, but you can clearly see the cultist ideology at play.
The net result, is people now don't take anything anyone says on the climate seriously. Which is a shame, because we do need to clean our st up as custodians of this planet (plastics, deforestation, hunting things to extinction etc). But that would cost government money, and won't happen any time soon.
