Nah, they’ll let him hang. If they spirited him away for something as serious a multiple rapes that would cause absolute outrage and would be a real diplomatic slap in the face.

They have a very bad rep right now because of the Sacoolas case. They absolutely need to be seen to be subject to British laws.

Maybe he’s not important enough to spirit away, or not married to anyone so important, anyway.
Let’s see what pans out, I’d not be surprised if some ‘deal’ was done to avoid jail time or serve any back home, but I’m not convinced he will ever be seen in Court at all.
