This seems to sum up the way Labour run a Government ?

So one example that has little to do with the leadership of the party shows we should stay with the current paragons of integrity and anti-corruption yes?

After all the current lot don't have any skeletons in their closet.

The Daily Wail tells us that Labour can't be trusted. The same Daily Wail that told us that Boris can be trusted.

Truly shocked I am.

Its not that labour can't be trusted. Its that no politician can be trusted.

It is a very rare politician indeed who actually has the best interests of the country at the forefront of their thinking

And to be honest even if they did, the four year cycle in this country is a barrier to any sort of proactive planning

The polarity of politics in the UK means that no-one listens. And what looks like listening on the camera is only them formulating their next sentence.

Hence politics is mainly reactive nonsense, aimed at the lowest common denominator for short term, bite size gain, of the individual themselves.

Labour are obviously incompetent. In this case they attempted to use a £10M underspend to buy services and equipment for the NHS. What they should have done of course, is take the £10M and just awarded a contract to their mate down the pub. /Sarcsam.

Compared to the fiasco over the last several years, I will take my chances.

A bit like Rachel Reeves today posts a photoshop picture of herself making out she’s flying BA economy to USA when her ticker says seat 3K. The best seat on the plane and in first class. A £10k ticket. Just deceit and a total hypocrite just like Starmer

Compared to Boris flying in an RAF fighter, Rishi on his numerous private jets and Braverman using a Chinook to get all the way to Kent from London, all at the expense of the tax payer, having a business class flight paid for by a donor seems good value.

So if that’s the case why try to hide the fact and make out she is in economy? Strange how people excuse Labour MP’s of deceit. They are no different from all MP’s all got their noses in the trough.

How do you know she paid for the ticket? Once upon a time when I flew long haul a lot, I occasionally got bumped to the next class up. I never said "Nah. Against my principles. I'll just sit here in one of the squashed in seats with the crap food".

Who on here is excusing Labour MP's of deceit? You seem to be getting your knickers in a twist about nothing at all just because it's not your team.

You can tell when politicians lie, their lips move. They are all as bad as one another.

Out of interest were you similarly enraged and starting similar threads when Bojo the clown was in charge? As you seem so keen on integrity and honesty I'm guessing you must have?

Anyone who believes that labour are going to be better than the lamentable tories is deluded.
All that happens is that one party gets in, and f*cks up the UK, then the `next' party that gets in, tries to clear up the mess left by the last party, after which, that party f*cks up the UK, and the next party gets in, and does the same, and so on, and so on.
All that happens when a particular party gets into No10, is that it pleases one group of punters, and pi**es off the others, after which the next party gets in, which pleases one group of punters, and pi**ses off the others! Just move on, nothing new here!
