Is it his Range Rover or one provided by the Met Police or whoever is responsible for his protection?

Seems fairly sensible, given this sort of thing:-

I am quite shocked he runs around in one of these considering the Royal Family don't bother with them as far as I know.

Why post something that happened over a year ago?

https://www.indy100.com/news/sadiq-khan-heckled-lo...

The RR is a Met Police one with armed officers, it is ULEZ compliant, they're responsible for his protection. Sad as it is, several years of awful rhetoric and two serving MPs murdered means that someone high profile who gets many threats on his life can't just wander about as he likes.

Exactly. And I can imagine he would be a target for some.

The funny thing is if he got into a Tesla or something specifically purchased because it's seen as "green" he'd be criticised for that too.

Not a fan of Khan from what I see of him but this is bloody ridiculous criticism.

If I was Sadiq Khan and I happened to read NP&E on Pistonheads, I'd be in a bullet proof Range Rover too. Considering the disgusting behaviour of his predecessor, he gets some absolutely ridiculous criticism.

Exactly, I mean he is safe walking down the street or taking his dog for a walk

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2021/08/22/co...

But he needs a bullet proof Range Rover when travelling and other cars

which is typical of VIPs, they go out shacking hands with the public, jogging, riding bikes, the next they need bullet proof cars, a convoy of police cars and traffic stopped, streets shut, disrupting other peoples lives because their lives are at risk

Do either merit his unlawful execution?

Has he ever told a senior politician who warrants a bullet proof vehicle not to use one?

Johnson, whilst London Mayor, used £100K+ of taxpayers money to give to an American businesswoman in return for sex. Then lied about it. And people are seriously vexed about Khan's bullet proof RR??

Nope.

Khan has given himself a £1m annual PR budget, massively increased since his predecessor. He likes to buff himself up hehe
https://www.cityam.com/exclusive-sadiq-khans-pr-bu...

And he travels around with guards in oligarch spec gas guzzlers trying to look like a dictator. Does Greta know about this ?

At least Mayor Boris cycled around town despite all the hatred towards him.
