Can't see a thread about the latest narcissistic actor / actress luvvie getting off on watching themselves in court.

Reckon this one (can't remember her name) could get interesting.

She says he ran into her temple like body and violated her.

He says that she ran into him resulting in a head injury and 4 cracked ribs.

Is this the Gwyneth Paltrow court case? They both come across as narcissistic bellends . . .

They're both accusing each other of being the one that crashed in to them. Therefore, what did the witnesses see, if there were any witnesses? Strikes me that they're both on a hiding to nothing and GP will end up paying the bloke to go away, without making an admission of guilt, just so she can get on with her life. That's if the bloke doesn't run out of money first.

Oh yes - she's the 'Eau de (la) Clunge' nutter isn't she?

Won't be as good as the Johnny Depp / Amber fiasco, but still worth glancing at while channel hopping.

BBC "news" seems excited about it for some reason.

Did I read that she had offered the sum the other side are claiming, in a 'no blame'?

Trial by combat would be perfect for this case

Didn't GP at one point (or her lawyer) claim that the guy had deliberately crashed into her, between her legs and make grunting noises, something she had to retract in court saying he didn't sexually assault her...

I don't understand why he appears to have had injuries worthy of a car crash while she was apparently unscathed. According to reports it was three years before he got around to seeing a lawyer.which seems odd.

If she was the one to crash into the back of him then she'd see it and be prepared for what was going to happen, he'd be unexpectedly taken out and it tends to be a case of your legs are wiped out and you're thrown unexpectedly onto your back without getting your hands down to cushion the landing and stop your head hitting the ground hard.

I don't see why there's so much back and forth on this when other witnesses would be able to say what happened (unless it was either because it took so long to go to court or because there were none). Basically the main question is who was uphill.

Well no wonder I couldn’t find it, what an obscure thread title! biglaugh

What an utterly batst load of bks this is all about!
Just bizarre.
8k a day for a ski instructor, allegations of having skis between her and a grunting man pressing up behind her, then spooning her in the snow!
Asked what she had lost, as she’s counter suing for a dollar, ‘well, we lost half a day of skiing’!
Him describing a ‘blood curdling scream’ and another persona now living in his head, blaming the crash in him splitting with his missus!

Mental!

Oo'ek (Yorkshire) someone's fiddled with my title.

It did say '(actress related)' but now it's '(Paltrow ski trial)'.

I feel violated.

Whom do I sue?
