First of all I should give a trigger warning as the Daily Mail is reporting this and you'll need to view the spoiler to get the link:

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10797199/UN-probing-British-father-daughter-received-61m-projects-New-York-party.html

For a bit of balance, here's a couple more links to some other news outlets:

It seems serious enough that some people high up in the UN food chain are no longer holding those positions.

Bottom line seems that at least $22 million is gone.

Can’t say it surprises me unfortunately.

Didn’t read the link as refuse to read DM tripe. I’m sure Kofi Annan’s ( excuse the spelling) son was embroiled in mass corruption and misappropriation of money.

Just another unaccountable, ineffective and self-serving committee. Nothing to see here.

Only millions? Matt Hancock's pub landlord mate wouldn't even get out of bed for that.

£22m? Amateurs, a guy I used to work with managed 10x that in a dodgy PPE deal.

No surprise.

We don't hear about stuff like this more because we'd all get really bored reading it all day every day.

Put money in a pile and someone will nick some of it even if they say they are trustworthy.
