At the end of his 29 year sentence, he should be deported to Serbia to serve his 20 year term for the murders he committed, and was sentenced in his absence.

Or...he gets deported back to Serbia to serve both terms and the UK pays Serbia to keep him in prison, has to be a cheaper option for the UK and i'm sure a Serbian prison will be much more comfortable than one of ours

Hard to make assumptions about what Afghanistan will be like by then, but that will be the intention, yes.
