It was also on the radio today that Andrew will be using his inheritance to sue Giuffre and clear his name...

clutching at straws now - if the picture was so fake, why not call it out as such years ago when it came out?
He did didn't he. He maintained he never met her.JagLover said:
I may be being a bit ignorant here, but surely if it was a fake then it could be proved. Surely it couldn't fool an expert and something would be out in terms of lighting etc?
Straying towards the logical fallacy of proving non-existence there. A bit like proving that ghosts don't exist.Stepping back, it just seems bizarre that he paid Giuffre $12m considering the apparent fact that he has never met the girl in his life. I'm struggling to find it now but isn't the legal bar on her speaking to the media finishing at the end of this month, which is why it's all kicking off again?
Still no other names announced either, despite the FBI recovering extensive data from hard drives and documents.

The claim has always been that the original photo has never been produced, either a copy or photocopyg4ry13 said:
Let's not forget that rather than go to court and let a jury hear the evidence and potentially find Andrew innocent, the Firm decided to offer a settlement and avoid the unpleasantness.
To give him a bit of credit - what would going to court and being found innocent actually achieve? 99% of the people who hate him now would still hate him, it's not like his old charities would welcome him back as their patron and he would have all the stress of the trial.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
