An apology to any oversensitive happy clapping progressive types, I did look (but not very hard) to see if there were any reports of this on either the BBC or in the guardian but couldn't find anything. I guess it doesn't fit their agendas.

The gist is that there are actually four people under investigation. Three for suspicion of misconduct in public office and conspiracy to steal, and one for being an illegal immigrant.
Oops, letting the fox look after the hen house isn't the best idea.
I'm sure that it will be explained in extreme detail with mind bogglingly confusing new puritan sophistry why this is absolutely fine.

A few years back now an African lady was arrested fro shoplifting in east London
She turned out to be an illegal immigrant and as part of the investigation her home was searched. During the search a load of police uniform was found .. turned out it was her boyfriend’s who lived with her
He was identified and indeed he too turned out to be an illegal immigrant using a faked identity and was a serving PC
Its like tales of the unexpected sometimes when the truth can be stranger than fiction
