Surprised that there hasn't been a thread started on this. It's been a big topic of discussion on social media and sites like Reddit. It does seem like the police are struggling to piece it all together unless they have a suspect and are just being coy about it until they gather more evidence.

I can't help but feel like one of the girls on the bottom floor had some involvement. Either intentionally letting someone in or leaving the door unlocked, maybe even providing the codes to the upstairs bedrooms. The fact they allegedly slept through it all and then didn't immediately notice something was wrong upon waking (blood was seeping through/down outside walls so imagine how strong the smell would be) is very strange.

Will be very interesting to see how it plays out
