Not sure if this has been done...

The USA wants to copy the British idea of flying migrents abroad and they are looking at Spain!

Aparently Spain is short of workers?

Potentially a far better fit than the UK's choice of Rwanda.

Apart from the language, I'd much prefer living in Spain to the USA, and for (mostly) central American migrants, that probably won't be an issue.

I wonder how Spain will take it? Don't they already have migrant pressures from Africa?

Other Spanish speaking countries within the EU? Know you of such?

Why would they be limited to only spanish-speaking countries?

By flying their migrants to a Central American country, and then the circle is complete and governments can shuffle people around the globe at vast cost, no benefit and nothing more than their own popularity benefits.

A foolish presumption on my part that they don't speak Hungarian.

Of course. That'll be why Hungary current has a problem with so many Hungarian-speaking immigrants.

Well considering they entered an English speaking country illegally that now wants to relocate them to Europe I don’t think language is the major issue

As I understand it, migration from Spanish speaking Latin America into Spain is actually already possible and legal

Makes you wonder why those migrants didn’t just do that, maybe because they want to be in the US not Spain?

It strikes me it’s just Biden playing politics and trying to look like he’s doing something ( anything ) about the catastrophe on his southern border before the elections next month

People used as pawns by politicians

I thought the present administration loved migrants?
They certainly would have gone full on fake tears mode if the previous guy suggested it.
Will OAC cry near a random fence again?

Is this in reaction to Republican states bussing migrants to Democrat states?

Wouldn't surprise me.

I might try and enter the USA if that's true....mind you I don't fancy using one of those inflatable boats to get there.

Hang on we need workers since all the good ones left after Brexit, why don't we accept them here instead?
