Others who have posted scenes of speeding on social media have been prosecuted. She would be the first to call for a Tory to resign if they broke the law. So shouldn’t she be prosecuted ?

What is more concerning is how dumb she must be to have allowed that to get out there in the first place!

No.
My car is travelling at 77mph an indicated 81 on the digital dash.
81 is what I set my cruise control to travel at on motorways all day every day.
In that time NIPs received 0. Police stops 0.
Bullst to make anything of it whatsoever.

Did the Police or a speed camera catch her out?

Nope.

In this instance leave it be imho.

We all do it wink

We all do it. She claims a moral superiority.

Let her be punished for her incredible stupidity.

No one would be prosecuted for a photo showing 81mph.

81 mph - don't care. What is much, much worse is that she wasn't watching her speed because she was taking photos to post on Instagram, while driving.

Hang her.

Dunno about her.

But if it was the Labour curvy charmer Emily Thornberry I would be more than happy to perform a ctizens arrest and detain her till the plod arrive hopefully a week or so later
It could well be that Emily Thornberry far from being yesterdays woman is still relevant and able to continue post Corby

I feel shares in Ferrero Rocher could be on the rise
The power of this woman was there for all to see

No. Appears to be a perfectly safe speed, considering the conditions and type of road. Actual speed was probably a few mph lower.

It's amusing when people make comments before reading the (very short) article.

"Just the headline will do. I have already made my mind up and I am fuming. FUMING!"

I read the (very short) article, can't believe this bit hasn't been commented on yet; "driving a Toyota Prius in the middle lane of the motorway". Two ph hangable offenses in half a sentence. laugh

You can make that 3 as she has some huge glitterball thing hanging from her rear-view mirror too.

Bikers get prosecuted using their own video as evidence, and i cant see what makes this any different so it's a yes from me.

Unless the loophole is that from a still image you can't realistically determine actual speed.

Deferred prosecution.

If Labour don't make the motorway speed limit 80 when they get in then prosecute her then.

Or that she could have been doing a real 74mph and police don't care...
