For all Tennents gets a hard time, my Bavarian FiL, who properly likes his Rheinheitsgebot German Pilsener wont drink anything else when he’s over here.

Back in the day a pub in town used to charge 50p to get in and £1 a pint of Tennants Extra. £10.50 well spent on a Wednesday night! Thursday morning @ work was a bit iffy mind.
