Could not see a thread on this elsewhere.
All seems very odd. He was apparently shot through the windscreen by armed Police after (according to eyewitness reports) around a dozen warnings.
When asked to comply, he apparently drove at Police.
Apparently it was a tactical stop by armed Police after a chase.
Lots of things do not add up.

It really is quite straighfoward
The car has failed to stop - seems a resonably common thing to happen in London
Old bill have intel and or dont like what they see, driver fails to comply and ultimately pays the price.
I bet if he had stopped rather than gotten into a 'chase' he wouldbe alive now. best thing to do is stop when the coppers tell you to and be polite. We had this a few weeks ago with the bloke in a tesla at 4am IIRC (although the old bill did not get the guns out)

The ratio of the number of people who claim to be a rapper vs the number of people who actually have a professional recording contract.

Let's hope this doesn't spark a week of riots a la Duggan in 2011.......

Don’t get me wrong, looking at eyewitness reports, people saying he was asked a dozen times to get out of the car, I have no issues with Police action, just surprised that armed Police were involved in what is being reported as a routine traffic stop.

With plenty of uninformed folk spouting inflammatory crap on social media it would be a miracle if something doesn't happen.

Very sad all around but doesn't appear to be his first rodeo.

Well there's the answer as to why armed police were involved.

IIRC, armed "hard stops" are only done when there's intel on a wrong un about to do something naughty with a firearm.

I doubt it was a routine traffic stop, who's saying otherwise?

If I was a betting man it would have been an ongoing operation into some kind of suspected armed criminality. Intel that there are guns on board etc...

He'll be held up as some kind of pillar of the community I'm sure. Don't get me wrong, it's not nice for his family etc but there will be more to this than people are claiming.

White = promising footballer

Neither will be missed by society.

Hi family, his pastor, his girlfriend and soon to be mother of his child all on the news saying he was a lovley man etc. He was a Drill rapper which has very violent undertones and he had previous for fire arms. He did not listen to the armed officers and was involved in a car chase an as claimed above drove at the officer. This would explain why he is now dead

Mother and girlfriend understandable- grief, and perhaps some guilt. Pastor should know better than to comment on this, assuming he wasn't a witness to the event..
