Steve Bray (the STOP BREXIT) man
Discussion
Why is this bloke allowed to disrupt many TV outside broadcasts? Whenever there's a significant political event such as today he's there either at the end of Downing St or outside the Houses of Parliament making a nuisance of himself by either shouting down a megaphone or playing very loud music over amplified speakers.
I'm in favour of free speech, but I also think this bloke's a right PITA. Why isn't he arrested for some public order offence?

The question you should be asking is why do the TV media choose to film in a location knowing that he will be shouting? I'm in favour of free speech, but I also think this bloke's a right PITA. Why isn't he arrested for some public order offence?
(Its not as if the media don't know he's going to be there)

So you favour free speech in theory, but the moment it's practicised you'd like to silence it. I'm in favour of free speech, but I also think this bloke's a right PITA. Why isn't he arrested for some public order offence?
Free speech must always be allowed, however amplified free speech ? When does this then become a public nuisance, disregarding the message. Yes gathering usually have some person at the front of a crowd using a megaphone toward the audience, very different to amplified general noise.

Wonder whose been paying for him to stay in central London for the last 5 years?
Maybe you need to ask why he is followed by the Police most of the time and is effectively being harassed indirectly by the Goverment. He's self employed and also gets money from the public, most recently over £200,000 raised when he had his equipment taken by the Met.
