Median annual income for juniors in first 3 years:
£12,200
You just know that when Boris or a minister is asked for a comment they’ll choose the wages of a well paid commercial barrister on a squillion quid a year as a representative example of all barristers when in fact a criminal barrister earned a pittance in comparison.Training to be a criminal barrister: 5 years.

I'm surprised this can be allowed to happen as a consequence.
