Yet another one these horrific child abuse cases where a baby dies to hit the headlines. Another one that makes me sick and another where the parents appear to have pretty much got away with it, at least in my non-expert eyes they have.

A couple have been jailed over the death of their eight-week old baby who died in south London with more than 60 broken bones in her body.
Amina-Faye Johnson suffered 41 fractures to her ribs and 24 more to other limbs during "continued physical abuse", police said.

(1) its murder; and (2) the child is utterly blameless & defenceless. Appaling sentencing allowing them to walk around after 4yrs cheerfully saying they have 'paid their debt to society'. How can?

We can harbour a forlorn hope that the next poor sprog that flops from her
birth canal will be immediately taken into care and put up for adoption but we know that won't happen.

People who are cruel to pets are banned from owning such animals, unfortunately bad human parents
with a history of cruelty to their own small humans can continue to have more small humans.

I simply can not understand how such creatures can be permitted to be a part of civilised society again.

So why are they not guilty of murder?
