So I thought I'd start a thread for those who voted for Brexit. Please don't spoil it with arguments. In fact it's probably best if Remainers abstained from any discussions.
Personally I did vote for Brexit, but am now concerned about the "dark money" that funded much of the campaign (that told lies), Farage has turned out to be a grifting Spiv, there is no credible team in place, and don't get me started on Boris and his non-existent oven-ready deal etc. Putin's been busy.
There is much I dislike about the EU but I admit to being gaslit, which I dislike even more.
So where do you stand at the moment on Brexit?

No remorse.
I was completely on the fence and only went down the line of leave because of remainers started to get on my tits.
Quite a few of my friends are in the skiing world so got really upset about it and that did make me laugh, they could grasp that most people don't give a f
k that it makes it harder for them to work and live in France and Austria and their main concern was the fact their wages had been suppressed for years.
Losing freedom of movement is a bummer but we can't have it both ways.

So the downside is the loss of freedom of movement, but the positive is that 'remainers got on your tits'?I was completely on the fence and only went down the line of leave because of remainers started to get on my tits.

If that's representative of people's evaluation skills then I guess that Brexit was inevitable.

So you voted on something so important and with such far reaching implications for society in this country based upon the fact one of the choices irritated some people you know? Jesus wept.I was completely on the fence and only went down the line of leave because of remainers started to get on my tits.

I do like a fully reasoned and balanced thought process on decision making. I was completely on the fence and only went down the line of leave because of remainers started to get on my tits.

It really works well in the real world. Like shooting yourself in the foot for an ingrowing toenail.

It was the smarmy superiority oozing from so many remainers. That air of we know what's best for you so be a good poor person and pipe down.
A similar attitude to the one you've just displayed actually.

I guess that the loss of your freedom of movement doesn't count though - presumably the fact that it pisses others off makes it OK.
