Alister Jack says government could allow vote if support for referendum stays above 60% for long period.

This is a bit of a tricky ask, as the polling on preferred timeline, splits the yes vote. Support for a second ref within 2 years has been consistently low (high 20s more recently).

Could be quite a clever move if it takes hold. Most polls pose the question ‘if there was a vote today…’

Faced with a binary choice of now or never the polling may be different. But most polling to date doesn’t show a clear majority favour for indyref2 within this Uk government term.

Her interview on a proposed Scottish currency is totally bizarre. Also has interesting views on how a hard border with RUK would work.

I nearly bought a house in Dumfries and Galloway (Creetown)! Thank God I decided not to if she's likely to be an MSP for the region. I, as a London born Englishman, would be taken out and thrashed with a sporran!

Seeing that the SNP consider 25% voters in scotland to basically be the worst form of evil ever to of walked the earth

Should they pay for us to leave?

I think a wee bit of financial incentive would see a flood of evil people leaving scotland

Would you go?

And how much would it take for you togo?

I'd happily go if the SNP gave us 110% the market value of our house

They could give it to some "new scots"

A nurse? Wouldn't want to be a Tory on her ward.

So it looks like wee Jimmy has started putting her border controls in place in anticipation of her place in history. Who better to patrol the wall?

Sharpener. You stand by the integrity of these
quotes you post? Or is it a joke? Fair enough if the latter. But it’s not too clear.

The selective "hate" fragrantly displayed by certain factions of scots, does seem to be in the shade of the hate crime & public order bill?

Again as an enthusiastic onlooker, this just adds to the lack of credibility and adds further amusement! smile
hmmmm... so hate smells good to you? Weirdo.

As much as I appreciate the standard of education has fallen back in scotland of late, take your time, read and try to comprehend what I have actually written.

Once again, as soon as I post on this thread you respond with a personal attack with little regard to what my post actually says?

Yes, I am English which may well be your problem, that you need to just post insults?

Please feel free to debate, why the snp are free to post, what appears to be a harderned dislike, if not hate for toaries and the English, I am genuinely surprised this is so acceptable? hence my amusement.

In closing, as this is about the 5th time, you have responded to one of my posts with an insult, considering the standards required for posting on PH, I don't think it would be unreasonable for the cursor to hover over the "report" button?

As I said, if you feel the need to engage rather than ignore my post, please tell me what I am missing with the hate speech, as I have clearly stated the double standards continue to amuse me and bemuse me at the same time!
Its typical McGammon

refuses to engage

they are very much like flat earthers

very quick to respond to spelling errors or grammer

don't understand maths

always change the subject

never answers questions

if yu watch the your going to see the same pattern

12:02: Emma Harper, who is standing in Dumfries and Tweeddale receives an applause for several minutes after introducing herself. "I'm the nurse who's going to kick the last Tory out of Scotland," she said. (TF)

Are we not smart enough to understand what she meant

OR

Will she simply not recall calling for 25% of scottish voters to be deported

I wasn’t there but I’d be surprised if she’s planning on deporting Tory voters.

Why when some politicians say stupid stuff it’s obviously not meant the way it’s read (something something watermelon smiles) and when others do it’s dead serious and very literal?
