I guess it is easier to track and prevent organised terrorist attacks. Lone moron/nutter events like those in the US are difficult to predict and stop.

For those interested, the shooting in Colorado claimed the life of a 29 year old Sheriff's Deputy who leaves behind a wife and two children. He had only been in the job for seven months.

2017 was the deadliest year for gun crime in Baltimore since 1993. The 2017 count stood at 343 on Friday. The city suffered 353 homicides in 1993.

Even in NI in the darkest days that was a bad year. Happy New Year Y'all.
