Forgive me for asking something obvious, but after Hagues wonderful riposte about a plan B ; "we have a plan A, to cut the deficit, a plan B, to cut the deficit and a plan C etc etc" where the hell is that Balls to say that we have to stop cutting the deficit?

I can only assume that even that two faced, back stabbing can't trot out the old 'too far, too fast' mantra now?

I don't know, but I do love the high level political discourse to be found on this site.

Amazing, it's just a little game to him, cloistered in his little, non reality, parliamentary world.

To be fair, I think that also applies to at least 90% of the house.

All of them.

They're all unsuitable for power purely because they want to be in power.

I can't say I found anything 'wonderful' about Hague being wheeled out as the only senior Tory minister not to be away on holiday. At least we had Vince Cable in true Corporal Jones style telling us 'Don't panic Don't PANIC'.

I bet Clegg is kicking himself. If only he did not deside to take his hols at the same time as Cameron he could have been sitting in the PM's office or giving press comferances outside No 10, just like a real Prim Minister.

He is quite prim though. Possibly not the first word I'd use to describe him however. wink
