Sometimes, just sometimes, the British justice system finally comes down on the right people.

Utter, utter scum IMO.

This kind of thing is rife, I have had first hand experience of it via work experience.

Alarmingly there are some people on PH that think more fool the vulnerable people that get conned!

I take it that drawing attention to their abode would be against the rules?

Good. Not jailed for long enough but let's hope POCA gets all their ill gotten gains back from them and they come out of jail penniless.

Why would a 20 year old be sent to a'young offenders institution' instead of jail?

Yes, very much so.

Haymarkets position is apparently rather simple; following a court judgement, using that word to describe somebody, is apparently racist. The community in question have seized upon this with both hands and are currently being a tad litigious in ensuring that their "race" isn’t discriminated against in the press and on the web. Haymarket being a relatively cash rich target need to ensure that they do not become the next victim of this almost vexatious litigation . . . . . I may not entirely agree with their position, but I will respect it, as it is after all their website.

This makes me sick. My nan suffers from dementia, luckily me or my dad are able to ensure one of us are there once or twice a day, but if I caught anybody trying anything like this on with her, it would be one of the few situations where I wouldn't hesitate putting them in hospital. fking scum.

Linked from the same page, they've locked up Gilmour as well.

A record 2 sensible rulings in one day? What is going on?
