Another dodgy US extradition case
Discussion
Richard O'Dwyer, as student in Sheffield, is facing extradition to the USA for creating a website with links to copyrighted material.
Echoes of Gary McKinnon (who at least hacked US computers!) - yet this man has not even hosted his website in the US.

Will the current administration have more backbone than the limp Labour lot who sold McKinnon away (apparently he hasn't yet been sent yet).
This treaty needs to be repealed, and repealed soon.
In another recent case - "TV Links" was found not be breaking UK law as it was acting as 'mere conduit'. So how can someone be extradited for not breaking any UK laws, and not breaking the law in the USA?
