All Madge has to do, to secure the future of the Monarchy for another century, is utter the words...

"Nice to Knight You, to Knight You Nice"

..at the investiture.

If the Sun lead with that later today, Soovy can act for me.

Edited: as you were Soovy, it appears I was far, far too late - gag was done years ago....

Nine one one doesn't necessarily mean what you would like to think it might mean. Re Forsyth, I maintain he is the nabob of nobs. You can enjoy his performances, but shouldn't knighthoods be awarded to the person, not the persona? Ever seen him being interviewed? He is one of the most ungracious and arrogant men in Britain, with a highly inflated sense of his own talent and an equally deflated view of everyone else's.

Many people who have met him say he really isn't a very nice person.

There must be some reason why he's been excluded for so many years.

Apparently being a mediocre entertainer for 120 years is enough for a knighthood these days.
