Let's play Doctor and Nurses. Not for the fainthearted.
Discussion
Firstly,
I have learned, like many on here, to give any DM article a hard stare, but this time I have to agree with them 100%.

This s
t doesn't surprise me. This specific event might be an isolated incident but I have heard enough stories to keep the Daily Mail running for years. The problem is that the caring profession doesn't give a s
t. They are just there to take the money and find patients an inconvenience. I am sure there are plenty of decent nurses and doctors but I bet there are double the amount of those who couldn't give a s
t. I mean, water as a prescription to the elderly? WTF.

Sadly, I think after taking abuse for so many years people come a bit desensitised and less caring.

True. It pisses me off to hear about members of the public taking it out on hospital staff.Sadly, I think after taking abuse for so many years people come a bit desensitised and less caring.

Could have at least put him in the recovery position rather than stepping over him.
You can understand why they didn't though. Would you want to be the one to try and move the argumentative drunk guy who came in and refused to give up the bottle and be treated? It doesn't take much to envisage the drunken patient waking up and in their confused state attacking whoever tried to put them in a better position.

Sadly, it isn't.

Except it is. You're stating that the majority of those in the medical profession don't care about their patients and are in it for the money. I think you've got your proportions the wrong way round. Severely.
Maybe, but we'll never know, really, so I'll take back my "double that" and suspect 50%. Not great, even if it were just 20%.RemainAllHoof said:

Yup, have to agree."He had taken a cocktail of drink and drugs"
I got to that line and though "Meh, one less"
