Bigger loss for the SNP than even the Tories, how big of a protest vote is that?

If the SNP get less than 10. I can see me streaking in the street, tie around my head glugging a bottle of whisky.

I’ve just switched from BBC Scotland to iPlayer. I can’t spend the next few hours watching him drivel on about the Tories. You have potentially just lost 38 seats….this isn’t a verdict of the Tories in Scotland, it’s a verdict on the SNP.

I'll delighted if the SNP get 10 seats or less, however many seats in Scotland are on a knife edge and could go either way. It's possible the SNP may get a lot more than the 10 seats forecast although hopefully no more than 20. It's still a good kicking. thankfully.

If they are down to 10 Swinney must go?

Arran and Wensleydale.

I’m about to go to bed. Refuse to watch any of the coverage. Possibly the most pointless tv broadcast, especially before any results.

Here’s hoping for the obvious.

I’m up at 5:30 for work so no big drinks for me.

But if you could have an Arran and some cheese on my behalf that would be appreciated.

The exit poll puts the SNP down from 3rd largest party to 5th largest behind Reform. Loss of Short money and PMQ questions etc. Glug!

Exit poll says Stephen Quinn loses his seat. But probably too close to call.

BBC1 has Nippys consigliere Liz Lloyd on the panel. Getting a good shafting from Kirsty Wark.

So, the SNP have had their de facto referendum and they lost (on any metric). Hopefully that will be it for another “generation”.
