There HAS to be a response to this surely. Absolutely fking vile!!!
How many more red lines???
Unpleasant and unpalatable as it might be to accept, It's not the first hospital to be bombed in a conflict around the world and it's certainly not going to be the last regardless of any 'red lines' .....How many more red lines???
Are you fking serious? How many hospitals has Ukraine hit?

The Russians did not only bomb one hospital today. They hit another in Kyiv and another in Dnipro. These are no accidents.Hospitals are generally avoided as actual deliberate targets, as are children and civilians where possible. Yes, sometimes hospitals and civilians get caught up in wars, but not to this extent.
russia is deliberately targeting civilian apartment buildings, hospitals, nurseries, theatres and markets.
And here's you being an apologist for them.

I'm not a history expert, but I'd be surprised if the answer is not zero once precision munitions were invented.During WW2, I'm sure the UK was responsible for bombing anything roughly near anything military or a city. The rest of the world has moved on from WW1/WW2 tactics, except the russians.

Whether it's an accident or not is irrelevant. I'm just saying hospitals get bombed and kids get killed in conflicts - it's not exactly a rare thing around the world.
Your reply is tantamount to "War crimes happen, so what?"isaldiri said:
Well I'd certainly agree with the first part of that. War crimes do happen. Oddly enough, it's an observation that somehow seems to get people riled up despite the obvious fact that hospitals getting bombed isn't exactly a rare thing. Just look at the middle east in the past few months.
I don’t think you can compare the 2. Theres enough evidence to show that Hamas have been using hospitals for military offensive/defensive purposes. I don’t believe the same can be said for those hit in Ukraine. ecsrobin said:

Yeah and Russia aren't claiming there was Hamas style action going on.The fact Hamas use the hospitals it pretty strong evidence Isreal *don't* routinely bomb hospitals. Not much point on hiding somewhere that Isreal is likely to bomb.

Just cannot even begin to imagine the Russian mind set here.
It has always been the Russian mind set. They're not doing anything different. They're doing it in clearer view than usual. Mindless and universal destruction and viciousness is the standard modus operandi.

I see what you are trying to do, as in offer an alternative viewpoint to the issue at hand. However, context is critical here. Just because someone else does something, doesn't make it right or some how diminish it. Swap that to a bank robber - well one person does it, so I guess everyone can? Yes, war crimes do happen, but the point is to minimize these to the absolute minimum. It is also critical to ensure that there is no collateral damage also. This isnt a gentlemans conflict, its war, but its about being human and not a bloody animal. Russia has done, and continues to do so, some terrible things - and not by accident or error, but by deliberate action. From bombing churches, civilians, shops / stores / supermarkets and hospitals, they have pretty much hit the jackpot when it comes to being the worst here.
Compare them to say Israel, that is your prerogative, but it doesnt diminish what Russia has and continues to do. They are bloody animals.
