6 Music "What was that song?"

[ajprice]

Its not on their track listing, but it played a few minutes ago. Its a cover of Wuthering Heights, sounded like a live version, female voice, sounded very cockney like Kate Nash.

Any ideas?

Kate Nash - Wuthering Heights (live cockney mix)

It is a spoof by a comedy act called Frisky and Mannish who do all sorts of weird covers.

Don't know but I wish they would bring Huey back. Lauren is almost as interesting as Nemone.

Thanks, I did actually think it might have been Kate Nash before I posted the question but nothing came up for it after a quick google of Kate Nash Wuthering Heights
