Just watching this for lack of anything else on and I am shocked at the massive use of autotune, very obvious - or is it just me and Le Bon is actually God incarnate?

Cheers Big Al.

I haven't watched it yet, so not sure I really want to now. Autotune seems to have it's claws in everywhere now, including many places where it just isn't needed. A few years ago Simon LeBon did a live acoustic "unplugged" session, basically just him and a guitarist (Warren Cuccurullo). The recorded version cut down the MTV version even more, with very little backing.

Just checked when they did Unplugged- that was nearly 18 years ago! Jeez.

Damn, forgot about that last night!

Been listening to the album for a little while now, and not one use of autotune, either obvious or otherwise in effect there. Hopefully that show will be available on p2p ....

I'm just irritated that there's no legal route to getting all the albums tracks in the UK.

The wonders of the ITV player .....

Listening now, pretty sure that there's no autotune in use anywhere on the broadcast. At least not up til Sunrise.
