I caught this superb program while channel-hopping. The programme featured a visit to the Audi factory to view how they build the Audi R8. Impressive to say the least. The paint work on every R8 takes four days to apply. After that with all but one stage of assembly, they're all hand-made by 70 workers, none of whom are under the age of 40. Before the workers begin every stage of construction, they refer to an individual log book which details the exact customer requirements.

All Audi R8's are throroughly inspected, driven onto a rolling road and then maxed out on a track. Great car. Good programme.

Yep, great series! There are some fantastic programmes covering a number of marques.

The Lambo one got me an A for an assignment last year. Really interesting programme. I think there's 6 in the series. Ferrari, Lambo, Porcshe, Audi and 2 more?

Some of the things these guys think of is incredible. Like Ferrari having factories full of trees to keep Co2 levels perfect.

I've just looked on their website. There's 4 series so far, with not only car manufacturers (RR, VW, Mercedes etc) But places like Winebago, Ikea and many more.
