Aside from looking like a lady does he have something really horrible to hide on his forehead? He seems to have his hair crafted to carefully hide every possible pieces of it.

I still have no idea what this Bieber creature is. I hear the name crop up every so often but as far as I know he's a marketing tool for other people/things with failing careers/sales so they hire him to appear next to other creatures/things to make teenage girls wet or something like that.

This is fashion.. My little brother used to have shortish hair, now hes got Bieber hair and the girls love it. No idea why, hes always doing the Bieber hairflick and won't get his hair cut.
