I was channel surfing looking for the Mark Knopfler programme and switched over as they were looking at some old womans rectal prolapse hurl What the holy fk is happening to TV?!?

Nearly coughed half a bottle of Stella up my nose.

Tonight, fit blonde, nice legs thumbup

"Double clunge" may be anatomically incorrect, although she did have some sort of duplication going on down there.

I laughed at the bloke who thought that he had worts on his knob.

turned out after he got it out, was they were tiny little pimples.

so rather than go to your GP, you get yours small cock out on TV and embarress yourself.

Yes - that was the PPP. Pearly Penile Pimples or whatever it was.

I really don't understand some of this programme and the state that some people are in. We all know about the "wonky-boobs-no-one-can-see-apart-from-2m viewers" lot but the last two episodes have had some shocking cases that the medical profession appears to not help.

The chap with the tumours all over his head, face and body - how the hell did the "system" let that get so bad they end up weighing 1.6kg each?

The chap with the known immunity disorder and massive bacterial infection on his leg(horrifying) - he was getting dressings changed 3 times a week but it had been going on for 2 years. How can you be in the NHS system without something being really looked into???

Both were treated by the NHS specialists in the end but it shouldn't take a TV programme to get these things sorted. Is it a reluctance of consultants at a General Hospital to admit something is just above them and then refer it to true specialist centre?

The girl with the over/under was rather lovely!

I think I have a fairly strong stomach. However I was put off my pasta supper last week as the medical photos of piles were graphically displayed.
