The Fourth Kind - clever camera work or little green men?
Discussion
Watched this for the first time the other night, and quite enjoyed it for what it was - an alien abduction story based heavily on real footage.
I couldn't help but wonder though - the shot of the *ahem* UFO flying over the house, the chap levitating in bed, the shrink lady being pulled over the back of the sofa - could it be real?
Obviously, it's sensationalised for the film industry, but a grain of truth maybe?

Its all faked, the doctor never existed. there have only been 11 people go missing from that village in over 30 years. Also the real town there are no trees for many miles around.
24 wasn't it?I'd like to do some reading into this
Fake or not, I bloody well enjoyed it

I enjoyed it too - but it is very much a fake. Universal paid out a settlement to the town featured, admitting they faked the "real" footage.Fake or not, I bloody well enjoyed it

The FBI investigated and found that the disappearance rate was no higher than in other towns with similar characteristics (high levels of alcoholism and harsh local environment). Out of all the disappearances, all but 9 of the bodies have been fonnd.
