What a film!
Very Matrix like but still amazing. One of those films where you dont realise how long it is because you get drawn in.

Watched it last night and loved it.
The cinema was shaking at stages with some excellent sound design.

In my top 10,

Saw it tonight and thought it was great. However there was so much bass in places that I couldn't make out the dialogue, but could just have been my local cinema rather than the film

I don't "do" going to the cinema (too many other people), but this is on my "buy the DVD at Christmas" list. The number of people that are seeing it more than once is astounding. I now have the challenge of five months of trying to avoid spoilers...

saw it tonight, great film but i will admit i didnt fully understand it in parts and can understand why people were walking out saying 'what the fu*k was that about'

VERY impressive film to watch though, and its very fast paced so no dull partsunlike most films that tend to slow down in the middle

its abit pointless being a 12 though, i cant see any 12 year old watching that and enjoying it. should have made it a 15 and done away with the james bond style shooting scenes

This is what bugs me, I bet some of those people who left are the type who would complain about a film being too much of a brain out popcorn movie. When faced with something fairly complex, they don't like it.

I love people's reactions to films like Donnie Darko.

Inception was bloody good. The ending was predictable, but the film was overall brilliant.

I saw it yesterday and thought it was OK, but nothing like as good as the general buzz had suggested. I didn't find it confusing, but thought the very last scene was annoying.
I think from comments on the interweb that it's one of those films that will gather a fanatical following and if you dare to say it isn't greatest film ever (and it isn't) you'll be flamed for being ignorant and not understanding.

I quite enjoyed it, even the wife liked it and she initially pulled a face when I said it was "something like Matrix" when she asked what it was about before we got there.

Definitely not the greatest movie ever made, but well worth a trip to the cinema. I can't imagine it having the same visual effect at home unless you have some fantastical home theatre setup.

Saw this on Saturday night.

Took a while to get into it, but once it picked up, wow! Some of the effects were incredible (notably the "folding" city, the weightless fighting/lift shaft scenes).

9/10 from me, def one to see at the cinema, just wouldn't be the same at home regardless of how good your set up was.

You don't know that it was a predictable ending though do you as the film cut to black & the credits? (I'm not going to mention what it cut to black from as it will spoil it for people who havn't been to see it yet)

Absolutely a pure cinema spectacle with an intelligent idea, plot & script as well. Loved it.

Hmmm interesting...

Only issue for me is that inplausable plot design made possible by ...oh didnt you know these dreams work like this to suit the plot again and again and again and again.

Still fun though.
