Thought this might have generated enough interest for a thread by now.
Although it's mostly the same as ever, I never tire of Bob hitting people with an exhaust. smile

Classic Shooting Stars. Still the same but still makes me laugh out loud. Shame there's no more George Dawes, but Angelos is a worthy replacement. Loved the 'Coldland' advert. laugh

Angelos was brilliant, and I reckon will continue to be so.

I'm glad they've not messed with the formula too much - Dove from Above, club singer round, etc.

I still snigger when I think about this:

I'm not even embarassed to admit I laughed out loud at some points, not quite got to the stage where I was rolling on the floor.

Why go on Millionaire when you can win a scart lead and 8 Bensons on Shooting Stars?

Fabulous.

As an aside, what was the name of that bloke on their Big Night Out show who hated chives but loved spirit levels?

The Coldland ad was the funniest thing I've seen on TV for a very long time.

It seems so, yes. I don't enjoy it as much as I did when I was a kid though. I think my humour has changed and they've stayed the same.

Everything these two make for TV is comedy gold.

Road to Catterick, Shooting Stars, Bang Bang etc. Just so funny. Those guys on Bang Bang (the Stotts I think?) interviewing Michael Winner is the funniest thing I have ever seen, I hurt from laughing after that was over. "We're going to start things off with a little explosion..." rofl

Bang bang always made me laugh when they had the sketches where someone appears to die then laid an egg from their mouth. Random but very very funny.

I can't believe it is still as funny as it is!

George Dawes is still a legend though...

Huge fan of 'Bang Bang' and 'The Smell Of'... yep the Michael Winner "can you leave fingerprints on a parsnip?" is a classic, as is 'The Club' documentary, and The Councillors from the earlier series (The Service Post sketch!)

rofl I'd forgetten about that! "It's quite long isn't? And very sad at the end" hehe

The interview with Caprice was a classic

Caprice: "Where did you get your shoes?"
Shott: "Well my shoes are of deep sentimental value to me, as they were offer to me by the King of Spain... in retribution for attacking his wife with a fish slice" hehe
